Online Surveys: Our online surveys are convenient, cost-effective, and very flexible. Each survey is custom designed to meet your exact requirements. Implementing your survey will usually take no more than a few days. Once in the field, we will provide you with a link to real time response rates, and if needed, we can also provide a link to real time results.
Within an online survey, we can handle any type of question, image/video, skip pattern, data piping, question randomization, individualized questioning, and participant re-entry. For your sample, you can send us a list of email addresses, mail addresses, place a link to the survey in your website, or we can work with many different companies that maintain panels of potential respondents. Once you study is underway, we can send reminders to non-responders.
Mail Surveys: We can design a mail survey to meet your objectives or format your survey for ease of use. The survey can be customized to include items such as respondent number, name, market or any other information. We can print and distribute any number of surveys using the most cost effective method and collect the surveys by one or more methods (such as business reply mail or regular mail). Alternatively, if you wish to collect them, you can ship them to us from time to time. As the surveys are returned we will track, clean and data enter the results. When the time comes to cutoff the returns, we can quickly tabulate the results.
Telephone Surveys: We work with a number of vendors to provide you with the best and most cost-effective telephone survey. All surveys are programmed to assure accuracy and the results can be tracked and analyzed on a daily basis. Once the telephone interviews are completed, we can code any open-ended or other-specify questions, and merge this data with the original data file. The results can then be tabulated based on your specifications.
Central Location/Mall Intercept Studies: When the project requires a pre-recruited central location (i.e., taste test) or a mall intercept methodology (i.e., concept test) we can assist with this process. We have worked with numerous field services in most major markets throughout the United States. We will select the locations based on your requirements, print/ship the field materials, brief/supervise the field staff, review/edit the completed surveys, and process the results.
In-Store Surveys/Intercepts: When the project requires interviewing your customers in-store we can assist with this process. We will staff each store location with the required number of interviewers, brief/supervise the interviewers, review/edit the completed surveys, and process the results.
